Great. Proper fit. Tight enough not to rattle, but not too tight. Landing surface is near exactly the same distance below the inset pin as on the ATX flip down uprights: Stupid simple to move between lifting inside the rack, and in front of it. They're also surprisingly light and compact as such things go. And are "short" enough vertically, to allow placing them lower than most similar spotter arms (say, for decline presses. Or working down towards a stiff legged deadlift off the floor.).
